Amanda started with Kelsch in February 2019 as the Program Supports Manager for Marshall. She has been the manager/regional manager at several other sites including 307 West Penn, Downingtown West, and Timber.

Amanda has a BA in Applied Psychology from Penn State. Upon graduation worked in a School-based partial hospitalization setting providing services for students in need of emotional support, combining academics with mental health treatment to help students adequately function in public schools in their communities. Along with a passion for helping others Amanda enjoys the arts and has lead several Paint Night/Rec nights inside and outside of Kelsch.

Jennifer is the Program Director for Downingtown West, Jones, Merlin, and Timber. Jennifer has been working with Kelsch Associates since October 2018.

Jennifer is a graduate of West Chester University, where she received her Master’s in Special Education and Autism Spectrum Certificate. After graduation, Jennifer went on to work for a Human Service organization in Delaware County serving individuals with intellectual disabilities for almost three years. When she isn’t working, she spends her time chasing around her two toddlers.
